Hands-On History Explorers Thru 1815

 

Based on the Veritas History curriculum students will take an active approach to learning.  Hands on History Explorers thru 1815 focuses on the adventurers who discovered new lands and the settlers who peopled them. We will look at history from a chronological order with a variety of interesting books and hands on projects. We will also use literature, videos, games in the classroom to peak the students interest in History. As students work their way through the lessons they will learn how easily events affect us today.

 

Class time:  10:00am - 10:55am - Tuesday

Age/Grade:  3rd - 5th
